New York, NY 10038.
Advocacy, Art, Community & Spirit honors HIV Law Project's twenty years of steadfast service to disadvantaged and low-income people living with HIV/AIDS. We will also celebrate the intersection of advocacy, art, community and spirit through a riveting program, an exhibition and silent auction of fifteen works from contemporary modern artists, live music, and a unique opportunity to connect with social entrepreneurs, investors, civic minded leaders in business, finance and law, members of the judiciary and community advocates.
Mission Statement: HIV Law Project believes that all people deserve the same rights, including the right to live with dignity and respect, the right to be treated as equal members of society, and the right to have their basic human needs fulfilled.
These fundamental rights are elusive for many people living with HIV/AIDS. Through innovative legal services and advocacy programs, HIV Law Project fights for the rights of the most underserved people living with HIV/AIDS.
