Women and Girls HIV & AIDS Awareness Day 2008
March 10 is National Women and Girls HIV/AIDS Awareness Day. Awareness comes with education. Comprehensive sex education should be at the core of prevention efforts. The CDC estimates that about 13 percent of the persons diagnosed with HIV in 2004 were young people, aged 13-24. Read more...
